Just wanted to check in and say that I don't know what took me so long to buy a Cricut Create machine! I love it and I would highly recommend it to other crafters out there. It is easy to use and fun!
I have not been able to post pictures of my pages yet because I can't seem to get my camera to work. I will post some pictures as soon as I can get some pictures.
I just purchased one of my last Shamrock Shakes for the year. They will no longer be for sale after March (seasonal) and we will miss them! I guess that is what makes them so special is that they are only here for a short time.
My daughter found a recipe and posted it on her Pinterest of how to make a homemade Shamrock Shake. My son wants to try the recipe out.
Do any of you have a Pinterest account? I do and at times I have really enjoyed posting things to it. I haven't really looked at it in a while though.
Well, enjoy the weather...it has been a gorgeous week in the Northeast and today is no exception. I went out for a walk with a friend from church and my little one. The sun can do wonders for my mood.

Scrapbook Happy
I had a very nice Saturday at a crop where I only knew a couple of women previously, but met some new friends too.
I was able to complete 64 pages! I have actually been working on them for a couple of weeks, but got all of them stuck to the pages and in my albums and it felt wonderful to get so much done.
I used to enjoy it when people asked how many children I had. I was always so proud to be able to tell them...whether it was one (in the beginning) or all the way up to six (after Caleb was born).
After Caleb died it is difficult. When people ask the number of children that I have I would never want to leave my precious Caleb out...for he is still as much a part of our family as he was when he was conceived and born...but it presents a problem for me to have to explain that he is no longer with us when people ask the ages of my children, etc.
It happened this weekend at the crop and the conversation ended up with me explaining that my son had died at 17 months old and would be 5 years old, had he lived. They asked me how he died and I told them of the tragedy. Mothers themselves, they were very sad at the news of my loss. One woman came over, before I even knew her name, and embraced me and held me close. What a blessing women can be for one another. I must remember that when my tendency can be to, even in my thoughts, tear another woman down.
I am Christian but most of the women aren't (that went to the crop). I pray that through my trials God can touch the hearts of these dear women and let them see the love of a compassionate and loving Jesus, the Christ. Afterall, what Hope do we have when we don't have God?
Have a wonderful week. Here in the Northeast it is supposed to be warm I heard...in the 60's! Yeah!

Cricut...Create -- How exciting!
My main hobby, is scrapbooking. I have fallen behind and am trying to play "catch-up". I have several friends who have a "Cricut" machine, which cuts paper into letters, borders, die cuts, etc.
I have now officially purchased one for myself. I am hoping that it helps me to zip through many of my projects within my scrapbooks.
How many of you scrapbook? If you do, what do you find is the thing that you enjoy most about it and what do you struggle with?
I enjoy recording my family's activities and physical growth. After Caleb died I treasure my pictures more than ever. I am so thankful that I have the ability to capture my family's images.
I struggle with the organization of my photos on my computer. I take a lot of photos and have problems keeping the pictures organized. It is very time consuming to me because I don't have a good system in place. Any suggestions?
Well, I'll keep you posted and maybe show you some of my handiwork (and that of the Cricut too) once I receive the machine.
