If anyone has recently experienced a loss or knows someone who has, I would highly recommend watching this video by Nancy Guthrie. I read her book Holding On To Hope after the loss of Caleb and found it extremely helpful. There is invaluable information in this video and her book to help you if you are grieving the loss of a loved one and/or to help others in the midst of their grief.
